Absolutely NO drivers under the age of 21.
Mokes are allowed on public roads with a speed limit of 35 MPH or lower. They’re perfect for cruising through beach neighborhoods, visiting shops, and enjoying local attractions along Destin or 30a. In Destin, mokes can access the beaches on Old Hwy 98, restaurants, the Destin Commons, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Mokes cannot be driven on HWY98 or beaches.

Yes, Mokes are street legal and can be driven on any road marked 35 MPH or lower. Mokes are not to be driven on HWY 98 under any circumstance!
Our mokes have a range of approximately 40 miles on a full charge, plenty to cruise the beaches and restaurants along Scenic Highway 98 or 30a. We recommend planning your trips within this range and charing as needed if you have access to an outlet.

Yes – Some areas along 30A, such as Rosemary and Alys Beach, have specific rules in their communities that do not allow Low Speed Vehicles. Be mindful of parking regulations, especially in high-traffic spots.
